Bogdan Alexandru Hoancă
Bogdan-Alexandru Hoancă este student în anul IV la Facultatea de Mecanică din Timișoara, la programul de studiu Mecatronică și Robotică, specializarea Robotică. A început parcursul în mișcarea studențească în toamna anului 2017, devenind mai întâi membru al Ligii Studenților din Facultatea de Mecanică din Timișoara (LSFMT), mai apoi Director al Departamentului Relații Interne și Internaționale și, în cele din urmă, Președinte.
Este o persoană plină de curiozitate, cu spirit de inițiativă și o gândire analitică și care lucrează bine în echipă. A acumulat numeroase cunoștințe ce îl ajută să își desfășoare activitatea în domeniul reprezentării studențești și așa consideră că este văzut și de persoanele din jurul lui, atât de cei care îl cunosc, cât și de cei care abia l-au întâlnit.
O parte din lucrurile mișto pe care le-a făcut până acum se leagă foarte mult de activitățile de voluntariat și reprezentare studențească din care a făcut parte sau pe care chiar le-a coordonat. Își dorește să facă parte din schimbare și asta l-a motivat să facă toate aceste lucruri pentru persoanele din comunitate, împreună cu cei cu care lucrează cot la cot.
Pentru Bogdan, o comunitate înseamnă un grup de oameni ce lucrează împreună și învață unul de la altul și în momentul de față el consideră că face parte dintr-o astfel de comunitate. De asemenea, după părerea lui, tinerii din ziua de azi, contrar celor care îi desconsideră, sunt mult mai deschiși, mai descurcăreți și mai creativi și își asumă riscuri pentru a-și realiza visurile, chiar dacă modurile în care fac ei lucrurile este mai nonconformist în comparație cu cele cu care era lumea obișnuită până acum.
Pentru el, activismul poate fi descris ca o propagandă activă în serviciul unei doctrine politice sau al unui partid, cu intenția de a aduce o schimbare socială sau politică. Părerea lui despre activism este în principal neutră, deoarece îi poate vedea atât punctele tari, cât și pe cele slabe.
Trei lucruri pe care le consideră a fi atât de importante încât, pentru ele, merită să lăsăm telefonul din mână, ar fi timpul petrecut cu familia, timpul petrecut cu prietenii și activitățile sportive.
În încheiere, Bogdan vine cu un îndemn pentru toți, de a fi mai înțelegători și mai deschiși cu cei din jur, pentru că, spune el, doar lucrând împreună, în echipă, putem trece peste orice obstacol.
Bogdan-Alexandru Hoancă is a fourth year student at the Faculty of Mechanics in Timișoara, in the study program Mechatronics and Robotics, specialization Robotics. He began his career in the student movement in the fall of 2017, becoming at first a member of the League of Students of the Faculty of Mechanics in Timișoara (LSFMT), then Director of the Department of Internal and International Relations and, finally, President.
He’s a person full of inquisitiveness, with spirit of initiative and an analytical thinking and who feels good working in a team. He has accumulated a lot of knowledge that helps him carry out his activity in the field of student representation and he thinks people also see him this way, both the ones around him, and those who have just met him.
Some of the cool things he has done so far are very much related to the volunteer and student representation activities he has been a part of or has even coordinated. He wants to be part of the change and this is what has motivated him to do all these things for the people in the community, along with those he works side by side with.
For Bogdan, a community means a group of people working together and learning from each other and at the moment he considers himself part of such a community. Also, in his opinion, today’s young people, contrary to those who disregard them, are much more open, more resourceful and more creative and ready to take risks to achieve their dreams, even if, compared to what the world was used to before, they are more nonconformist in the way they do things.
For him, activism can be described as active propaganda in the service of a political doctrine or a party, with the intention of bringing about social or political change. His view of activism is mainly neutral, as he can see both its strengths and weaknesses.
Three things that he considers to be so important that, for them, it is worth putting the phone away, would be the time spent with family, the time spent with friends, and sports activities.
In conclusion, Bogdan comes with an exhortation for everyone to be more understanding and open with those around them, because, he says, only by working together, as a team, can we overcome any obstacle.
